Maps included here are mostly arial and those of interest whether it be weather, fires, road maps or sight seeing. They come from a variety of sources including US Government and corporate technological sites.
Different
Types of maps include:
Physical Maps: Relief maps that show mountian regions, farm area, forrest, desert and/or water masses.
Political Maps: Show country borders and are normally color coded.
Road & Travel Maps: These types of maps show major highway, roads and interstate route structures.
Space & Arial Maps: Photos taken in space by sattelites or from spy planes, also track sattelites themselves.
Weather Maps: Track storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, and cold/warm fronts as well as clouds.
